It is absolutely okay if you open the package and try the product (of course we're talking about your favorite pet). A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. All returns must happen in-store at any Protein for Pets location. Exceptions may apply. In the rare event of a problem with your order or damage to your order please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately. Any damage to the shipment or breakage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the shipment in order to process a claim for shipping damage.
